Pittsburgh Regional Transit has been notified by Carlow University on behalf of Duquesne Light Company of upcoming underground vault work near the intersection of Fifth Avene at Halket Street in Oakland beginning Monday, October 19, 2026.
The work will require a temporary lane shift on the Fifth Avenue Bus Lane just past Chesterfield Road and Carlow Drive (Entrance to Carlow University) beginning Monday, October 19, 2026, at approximately 7:00 AM until around 3:00 PM.
No stops will be affected by the lane shifts.
