Attend a Committee Meeting

PRT's Board operates several standing and specialized committees that review policies, budgets, and operational performance before submitting recommendations to the full Board:

Finance Committee: Approves annual budgets and financial reviews

Performance Oversight & Monitoring Committee: Oversees operational and financial performance

Planning & Stakeholder Relations Committee: Focuses on transit planning and community engagement

Technology Committee: Oversees technology adoption and digital infrastructure

Governance Committee: Handles board functioning and CEO relations

Financial Audit Committee: Oversees external audits

Nominating Committee: Manages officer slates

Unless otherwise noted, all meetings are held in the Neal H. Holmes Board Room of the Heinz 57 Building, 345 Sixth Avenue, 5th floor, or online.

Public testimony is not accepted at committee meetings.
